Public Engagement in Science Award from STFC

Applied Mathematics Ph.D. student Mark Rosin is the latest success in DAMTP's public engagement of science efforts. Mark has just been awarded the £15,000 STFC Science in Society Small Award for public engagement in science. This summer,  along with other DAMTP students, postdocs and staff members he will take The Guerilla Science Camp, a mathematics and science-themed tent featuring demonstrations, interactive events, films and lectures, around the UK music festival scene.
