Preferences to Keyboard Shortcuts

The keyboard controls for using GNOME - default unix desktop. These can be useful if your mouse stops working.

The GNOME keyboard shortcuts are user configuarable. To view the current settings, select the GNOME Menu button, Footprint, then select preferences, followed by Keyboard Shortcuts"

To open Keyboard Shortcuts using only the keyboard, press the key sequence Control-F1 and use the arrow keys to navigate through the menus.

To change a keyboard shortcut, select the relevant line in the Keyboard Shortcuts program and type the new keyboard shortcut you wish to assign.
