Printing Selected Pages From A Mail Merge Document

If you want to print only a selection of pages from a completed mail merged Word document, you have to specify the section breaks not the pages.

What Does this mean?

Normally you can specify the pages you want to print by typing in the page numbers in the 'Page Range'-> 'Page' box. This works for normal non-mail merged documents as each page has a page break at the end of each page. Mail merged documents on the other hand don't, they have section breaks at the end. This means that you have to print section numbers. For example, you want to print pages (they should really be called sections) 2 to 6, you'd need to type in s2-s6.

Typing in 2-6 would print but you'd get some very confusing results, often or not, you'd get the complete document printed.
