Log Files

Under the University's IT syndicate rules [Providing information from web logs] we cannot allow anyone to read our log files as they contain personal information.

If you need access to the log files for a set of webpages you manage, contact the departmental webmaster. Include in your email the address of the page(s) you'd like the access for. If you also need information about which internet addresses connected to your webpages, then make sure your website gives notice of this.

Your log files will be sorted in /opt/httpd/logs/shared-logs and will only be readable by you.
