The Maple V.2 system has been installed on Adder and Cure. The Maple Computer Algebra System is widely available on other systems and is now available on two of out hp700 machines. The command needed to start up maple is "maple" for a tty interface or "xmaple" for a Motif interface.

Please see "man maple" for more details on starting it up.

Although the software is visible from other HPs please don't use it as our licence is only for the two machines mentioned. If you find any problems with Maple or it's installation please report them to me in the first instance.
