Red Light Warning Button

If the printer's warning light is on or flashing, may be a red light or an orange light, look at the display panel on the printer to see what the problem is.

• Load A4 means load paper, that is your responsiblity.
• Low on Toner if the output is looking faint, email the printer helpline saying which printer it is that needs more toner. If the output is not faint, then ignore it, as its warning us that the toner is becoming low but we only replace the toners when the toner actually is low.
• 49.00 If the printer is displaying a 49.00 error, then the printer needs to be power cycled (that is turn it off, wait a couple of seconds and turn it back on again).
