PWF Windows and Linux Computers

There are also the dual boot windows/linux PWF computers used by undergrads and partiii students. During the day the windows partition of these can be used, priority for these computers in peak hours should go to the undergrads and partiii students they were bought for. These computers are located in GL04 and BL10 partiii area).

In the evening these computers boot into linux and run condor.

There are also PWF computers in the Moore Library. These run Windows and anyone who has a pwf account can use them.

DAMTP does not control the usernames and passwords for this facility and you will need to apply to the computing service to have a pwf login set up if you don't already have one (accounts set up prior to April 2006).
