- Changing your computing system passwords, includes Hermes and Raven
- What to do if you forget a computing service password or it doesn't work, includes Hermes and Raven
- Obtain a Raven password. Select damtp and enter your damtp username and password.
- Why you should not share your Raven password.
- Manage your cam.ac.uk address. Change the address email to your cam.ac.uk is delivered to, or disable email to your cam.ac.uk address. Decide whether to allow your cam.ac.uk address to be in the online email directory, which is searchable from anywhere in the world.
- The University Directory. Use this to search for people or institutions within the University. Check your entry, update it, and publish or hide information about you. Also known as the University lookup service.
- Managed Wiki Service.
- Mailman to replace @lists mailing list service. To apply for a mailman mailing list fill in the online application form, the departmental prefix for its lists is damtp. A research group would be dept-group-name. For example the ITG group's short term member's list would be damtp-itg-visitors.
- Public Workstation Facility, includes information on where computers running this facility are located in CMS.
- PWF Condor. Condor is a system for running jobs on idle PWF workstations.
- Apply for a quota increase on a computing service system.

Facilities for Research Groups
- Group email addresses and email lists
- Managed mail domain for those groups/projects which have their own DNS name and prefer to look after their own group/project email addresses. DAMTP addresses would still be administered by the department.
