Alter Intensity Range for Dumping

This option is provided as a quick method of rescaling an image to make the most use of the available intensity range prior to producing a PostScript screen dump.

where iMin and iMax are the minimum and maximum intensities, Mean is the mean of pMax and pMin and Saturation is the saturation factor.
