Display Specific Buffer
Display which buffer ?
Any valid buffer number may be specified. The buffer will be made the
current output buffer. If the buffer requested is in extended memory, then
it will be copied to buffer 0 and buffer 0 will be displayed (though the
requested buffer will be considered the 'logical' buffer currently
displayed).
