Copy a Buffer
This routine allows the contents of one buffer to be copied to another
buffer. If the destination buffer is in extended memory and is the current
output buffer, then both the extened memory and onboard (buffer 0) copies
are updated.
Copy which buffer ?
This input specifies the source buffer. Any valid frame buffer may be used.
To which buffer ?
This input specifies the destination buffer. Any valid frame buffer may be
used.
