Initialise Buffer for Character Cells
This option sets up a buffer for the creation of a new font by dividing
the buffer into cells for each character, prompting for the basic size of
the characters.
Set up blank character cells on which buffer ?
The blank character cells for the new font may be set up on any valid
buffer. The buffer selected is made the current output buffer.
Height of character cell (in pixels) ?
This entry specifies the height, in pixels, of each of the character
cells. A given character need not extend the full height.
Width of character cell (in pixels) ?
This entry specifies the width, in pixels, of each of the character cells.
A given character need not extend the full width. Note that the width is
rounded up to the next multiple of eight.
