Apply Reference Concentration Mapping to Image
Apply Reference Concentration Mapping to Image
This option allows the intensities of the image in a buffer to be altered
by the mapping between the reference intensity levels and the external
field.
Apply reference concentration mapping to which buffer ?
This entry specifies the buffer to be altered by the reference
concentration mapping. The selected buffer is made the current output
buffer.
Minimum concentration (concentration for intensity of 0) ?
To aid the rendering of the associated external field onto the 256
intensity levels, the minimum and maximum external field values must be
specified. This entry specifies the external field value to be mapped onto
intensity 0.
Maximum concentration (concentration for intensity of 255) ?
This entry specifies the external field value to be mapped onto intensity
255.
