This option displays the coordinates of the reference windows, their current and reference intensities and the associated external (concentration) field. The three mapping functions are also displayed.
The coordinates of the reference windows are given along with the value of the associated external field, the reference intensity and the current intensity. The top of the window is given by iw0, the bottom by iw1, the left by jw0 and the right by jw1.
The current pixel intensity mapping function is the sum of the coefficients multiplied by the associated experession. The coefficients are determined by a least squares fit between the current and reference intensities of the reference windows.
The current concentration mapping function is the sum of the coefficients multiplied by the associated experession. The coefficients are determined by a least squares fit between the current intensities of the reference windows and the values of the associated external field.
The reference concentration mapping function is the sum of the coefficients multiplied by the associated experession. The coefficients are determined by a least squares fit between the reference intensities of the reference windows and the values of the associated external field.
