Find and Apply Intensity Mapping to Image

This option is equivalent to [F Find intensity and concentration mappings...] followed by [B Apply current intensity mapping to image]. This is the most convenient method of applying the current to reference intensity mapping to an image.

Find and correct intensity reference on which buffer ?

This entry specifies the buffer from which the current intensities of the reference windows are to be evaluated. The mapping between these intensities and their reference level is determined, and this mapping used to alter the intensities of this buffer.
