Constant Predicted Velocity
Under this option, DigImage assumes that a particle for which there is no
previous history has a spatially uniform velocity, plus or minus some error
given by [qM Max velocity error for new paths].
Expected x component of velocity for new path (world units per second) ?
This entry specifies the expected x velocity for a new particle. The
velocity is specified in world units per second.
Expected y component of velocity for new path (world units per second) ?
This entry specifies the expected x velocity for a new particle. The
velocity is specified in world units per second.
