Premium if Particle Too Small
Premium if Particle Too Small
This option has an effect only if particles which do not satisfy the lower
size limit set by [qLR Lower size limit] are to be included in the tracking
process (ie. a positive value for the limit were specified). Particles
which do not satisfy this limit at t(n+1) will be treated with caution by
applying a premium to any associations with them.
Premium for a particl to be included if it is too small ?
The premium increases the cost of associations with small particles.
Premiums are always greater than or equal to one. The tracking process is
not very sensitive to the value given for this parameter. Particles smaller
than half the limit specified by [qLR Lower size limit] will be disallowed
(effectively an infinite premium).
