Research

Andrew is a member of the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics and part of the Institute of Theoretical Geophysics. His current research interests are in the area of buoyancy-driven viscous flows; these include the analysis of mantle plumes with a temperature dependent viscosity and of flows driven by regions of buoyant particles.
