Research

Klemens is a member of the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics "Applied partial differential equations" research group. His current research interests are analysis, numerics, and asymptotic behaviour of drift-diffusion-reaction type systems modelling applications in chemical kinetics, semiconductor physics, and biology, such as modelling of swimming micro-organism, population dynamics, and protein localisation in stem-cell division.
