Research

Luke is a member of the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics, in the Relativity & Gravitation group. His current research interests include classical and quantum gravity, gravitational waves, gravitational entropy and dark energy. His PhD research focused on developing a local description of the energy, momentum and spin carried by gravitational waves.
