Bertram is a research visitor at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics as part of the Numerical Analysis group. His research interests are applied and computational partial differential equations, including modelling, analysis, numerical analysis and optimal control, with a particular interest in applications from finance and socio-economics.
