MPhil in Computational Biology

Together with members of my research group, I give a module of our MPhil in Computational Biology on Disease Dynamics. Lectures run during Michaelmas Term on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am in MR15. If you're a current MPhil student, you'll find course material on the Wiki and assignments can be submitted via MPhil Comp Bio 07_08 CamTools worksite. If you are a current Part III student, or a PhD student interested in attending parts of the course, please do email me to let me know who you are. Office drop-in slot is 11.15-11.45 am on Thursdays.
