Seminars in the Dynamical Systems series will be preceded (on the same afternoon) by an Introductory Seminar intended for a wide audience and aiming to provide an introduction to the topic of the following talk. The Nonlinear Problems in the Applied Sciences series is intended to complement the Dynamical Systems seminars and encourage discussion of nonlinear problems from a range of scientific disciplines. Research students and undergraduates are particularly welcome to attend.
*Note that this first seminar will be held in Meeting Room 3, not Meeting Room 4 and will be at 3.30pm, preceded by an introductory seminar at 2pm.
