About me

I am a senior lecturer in Computational Biology at DAMTP, and member of the Cambridge Computational Biology Institute (CCBI). I am also co-director of the MPhil in Computational Biology. I use computational techniques to investigate development of the nervous system.

Office hour

During Lent term 2010, my office hour is normally 11:00-12:00 on Tuedays (CMS G0.05). On 2010-01-25 it will be 14:15-15:15.

Aug 2009: New article and lecture notes for teaching R programming.

26/27 November 2008: Workshop on Computational Developmental Neuroscience, Edinburgh.

Aug 2008: Spatial Analysis 3D (software and paper) has been released.

April 2008: I am looking for a postdoc to work on modelling retinotopic map development..

Cambridge Neuroscience initiative launched Sept 2007.

Scientific Computing in Cambridge: new forum.

The CARMEN project is now underway. CARMEN stands for Code Analysis, Repository and Modelling for E-Neuroscience.
