Research
I am a Research Associate in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics. My research efforts at large have revolved around the comprehension, analysis and exploitation of (geometric) structure in data for problems in signal processing and, more recently, machine learning; in this pursuit, mathematical tools/areas of interest have included linear algebra, algebraic/spectral graph theory, harmonic analysis & signal processing theory (with emphasis on sparsity and sparse approximation) on graphs and beyond.
