Research

James is a member of the High Energy Physics research group in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics. His current research is on the interplay between functions which parametrise proton structure (parton distribution functions) and physics beyond the Standard Model. Recently, he has become interested in faithful uncertainty propagation from experimental data using Bayesian methods.
