Ward is a member of the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics High Energy Physics research group. His research interests are in theories of physics beyond the Standard Model. Currenlty, he is working on mathematical topics in phenomenology and higher spin theories. He also has an interest in inflationary cosmology and power spectra of primordial perturbations.
