We still need to finalise arrangements for the bulk order and for payment of the subsidy. If you can give me the name and address of the beneficiary, the name and address of the bank and the IBAN number for the account we can make arrangements for the payment to be made. In the meantime, we need to finalise the arrangement of the bulk order. Do you know the final number of books you want to buy at the special bulk order price, will it exceed the 40 mentioned in the contract? Please let me know the definitive number, as well as the delivery address (street address with phone number) and an invoice address. We can also send the books to individual recipients, in which case I would like to ask you to fill out the attached form. Unfortunately we have to be very strict about the filling out of it: no more than 30 characters in each of the address fields, and no PO box numbers if at all possible. We need a postcode for each address. It is a bit fiddly, I know, but we will take care of sending the books to the recipients at no extra cost. It is for you to decide what you prefer.
