From the preliminary responses that we have received, it appears that
we should be able to accommodate all participants and accompanying
persons at the
Moller Centre,
a high-class Conference Centre in the grounds of
Churchill College,
Cambridge.
The
Moller Centre,
has a range of rooms for either single occupancy or double occupancy,
the latter being suitable for those who will be accompanied by their
spouse or partner.
The accommodation includes full board, i.e. dinner, bed and breakfast
(lunch and other refreshments will be provided for participants free
of charge, and can also be provided for additional guests at cost).
The full board costs, including VAT at 17.5%, are as follows :
- Basic cost for two nights
(Friday 16th and Saturday 17th August) :
- For single participant
(Dinner, Bed and Breakfast) :
£200,
- For couple
(Dinner, Bed and Breakfast, for two) :
£344.
- Additional nights
(Thursday 15th and/or Sunday 18th August) :
- For single participant
(Bed and Breakfast only) :
£77 per night,
- For couple
(Bed and Breakfast only, for two) :
£126 per night.
We need to confirm numbers to the Moller Centre by 13th June, so it
is essential that you register before that date. Accommodation at the
Moller Centre cannot be guaranteed after 13th June, without financial
penalty. It will be helpful if you can pay in advance by one of the
following methods :
- By cheque in Pounds. Cheques should be made payable to the
"University of Cambridge", and should be sent, together with
a printed copy of a completed Registration Form, or a note
bearing your full name, email address, and institution
to the following address :

- By credit card, which must be Mastercard (Eurocard) or Visa.
The card details (name as on card, account number, and expiry
date) should be clearly entered on the boxes provided, on
a printed copy of a completed Registration Form, or a note
also bearing your full name, email address, and institution
and sent to the above address. Alternatively, you may use
the (confidential) DAMTP fax number : +44 (0)1223 312 984.
If you cancel your registration in advance you will be entitled to a
full refund. However, a late cancellation may be subject to a
charge imposed on us by the Moller Centre.
