In this talk I will give an overview of the Dark Energy Survey Y6 cosmological results from weak gravitational lensing and large scale structure in the standard cosmological model and extended dark energy models. I will also discuss the results in combination with other probes such as BAO and Supernovae Type Ia, both from the Dark Energy Survey and external data.
