Research
My research uses progress in quantum field theory, for instance related to generalised symmetries and anomalies, to deliver new insights in physics Beyond the Standard Model and explore the phenomenological consequences. My overarching motivation is to understand the short-distance dynamics underlying the Standard Model, addressing in particular the origin of a light Higgs boson, the huge hierarchies between the different fermion masses, and the nature of dark matter.
