I am a Research Associate in the Applied Functional and Harmonic Analysis group at DAMTP.

I am working as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow for the project HiDDaProTImA (High-dimensional data processing: from theory to imaging applications).

Biography

Francesco Renna received his Laurea Specialistica Degree in telecommunication engineering and Ph.D. degree in information engineering, both from University of Padova, Italy, in 2006 and 2011, respectively. Between 2007 and 2015 he held visiting researcher and postdoctoral appointments at Infineon Technology AG, Austria, Princeton University, USA, Georgia Institute of Technology (Lorraine Campus), France, Supélec, France, University of Porto, Portugal, Duke University, USA, and University College London, UK. Since 2016 he is a Marie Skłodowska Curie fellow at University of Cambridge. His research interests focus on high-dimensional information processing but also include physical layer security for multicarrier and multiantenna systems.
